He is focused on strengthening strategic partnerships with clients, increasing client relevance and evolving the company’s business model towards achieving the aspirations of becoming the next generation global consulting and IT services corporation. His tremendous leadership qualities and the capacity to create vision resulted in many international products that he has managed with core excellence. He has a degree in Engineering and has proven his ability to create, sustain, grow and drive business from scratch to sustainable level.

The Education sector has been home to Charushilla for close to 16 years now. She is an alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi and has also been a student of the Institute of Education, University of London. She is one of the few counselors in the country who is a member of the prestigious International Association of College Admission Counselors (IACAC).

She's made sure that students aligned at UC join NGO’s like the Design for Change and Udayan Care and create projects on social entrepreneurship. Geebsys is very close to her heart as she feels it is a social movement that will drive the youth to do more good, get recognised for their efforts and in turn inspire many others to pay it forward!
